North Africa has drunk Chinese green tea for centuries, first brought by overland caravans from China.
We have enhanced traditional gunpowder green tea with the refreshingly cool flavor of mint. Serve hot or cold. Add a bit of honey if you wish. In Morocco, this tea is heavily sweetened and served in tall glasses or glass cups and saucers with tiny spoons to stir the spoonfuls of sugar.
Remember to never put boiling water on green tea! 165-175°F is best.
